Pre-Machining Preparation

In-house material cutting for custom CNC parts, faster setup and shorter lead times.

Material Cutting

Fenva is equipped with in-house cutting capability which prepares raw materials to the appropriate size prior to machining, reducing setup time, improving process efficiency, and supporting faster delivery. 

Heat treatment and stress relief for CNC parts to improve strength and stability.

Heat Treatment and Stress Relief

Our in-house heat treatment furnace supports local trials and sample processing to accelerate material verification and shorten sampling lead time. Production heat treatment is performed by qualified partners under Fenva’s quality control to ensure consistent material properties and reliable results. 

Precision Support During Machining

Precision EDM machining for sharp corners and fine features in complex CNC parts.

EDM

Fenva's in-house EDM enables the production of sharp internal corners and fine features that cannot be achieved with conventional cutting tools. Integration within the production workflow allows quick adjustments when needed, ensuring stable quality and faster turnaround. 

Wire EDM cutting for near-net shapes, improving CNC efficiency and lead time.

Wire EDM

Our in-house Wire EDM is used to pre-cut material into near-net shapes, reducing CNC machining time and improving overall cost efficiency. As a complementary process to CNC milling, it helps optimize material removal, streamline production, and shorten lead times while maintaining good dimensional control.

Post-Machining Finishing

CNC precision grinding for critical parts requiring high accuracy and smooth finish.

Precision Grinding

Fenva is fully equipped with precision grinding capabilities to achieve tight tolerances, excellent flatness, and superior surface finish for critical features. Integrated into our production workflow, this process ensures high dimensional accuracy and consistent quality for parts requiring fine finishing after machining. 

Magnetic polishing for uniform deburring and finishing of complex precision parts.

Magnetic polishing

Our in-house magnetic polishing capability provides uniform deburring and surface finishing for small or complex parts, including hard-to-reach internal features. Integrated into our production workflow, this batch process improves surface quality, enhances part cleanliness, and supports consistent results for downstream coating or assembly. 

Precision deburring removes sharp edges and burrs for safe, clean CNC parts.

Deburring

Deburring is included as part of our finishing process to eliminate sharp edges and machining burrs, ensuring components are delivered clean, safe, and ready for use. 

Manual surface finishing for cosmetic quality, blending, and custom appearance.

Manual Surface Finishing

Additional manual surface finishing services are available upon request to meet specific appearance or functional requirements. These include operations such as manual engraving, surface blending, edge refinement, and other custom finishing processes to ensure parts meet final application needs. 

All supporting processes are integrated into our production workflow to ensure consistent quality, better process control, and faster turnaround. 


Additional services not listed here can be arranged upon request and are performed by approved partners under Fenva’s quality management system to ensure traceability, reliable quality, and on-time delivery.
