We use your information solely to prepare quotations, communicate with you about your inquiry, and manufacture your parts. We do not use your drawings or part data for any purpose other than serving your project.

Confidentiality & your designs

Your drawings, models and part data are treated as confidential. Access is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is available on request, and we are happy to sign first. See our IP protection page for details.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We do not share your designs or data with third parties without your permission, except with qualified manufacturing partners bound by confidentiality where needed to complete your order, or where required by law.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic. It does not use cookies to track you, and we do not use third-party advertising or social-media trackers. Spam protection on our forms is handled by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Data retention

We keep your inquiry and project files only as long as needed to serve your project and meet our quality and legal obligations, then delete or archive them securely. You can ask us to delete your files at any time.
