CNC Turning

Round and cylindrical parts turned to your drawing. Shafts, pins, bushings, fittings, flanges, collars and threaded parts, with secondary milling for combined features, inspected in-house, AS9100D certified.

Quote in 48h Prototypes 10–15 business days Production 15–30 business days No minimum order

CNC turning is core to what Fenva does. Bar and chuck work covers the round-part families that every assembly needs, and our live-tooling lathes finish turned-plus-milled features in one setup, so parts come off complete instead of moving between machines. Send a drawing and you get a line-item quote in 48 hours, one prototype or a production batch, with no minimum order.

Tolerances

What we can hold

  • Bar and chuck turning plus live-tooling mill-turn, so turned-plus-milled parts finish in fewer setups.
  • General tolerance ISO 2768-m as standard; down to ±0.01 mm on the features that need it.
  • Surface finish to about Ra 1.6 off the machine, finer on request.
  • Tight concentricity, fine threads and slender shafts, with DFM feedback before machining begins.

Mini-FAQ

CNC turning, answered

Do you offer Swiss turning?

Yes, via an on-site part-owned affiliate, best for small high-precision turned parts. Our in-house core is milling and turning.

Max diameter and length?

Send the drawing and we confirm fit fast. We run a wide envelope of bar and chuck sizes across about 97 machines.

Can you do mill-turn?

Yes. Live tooling adds milling, drilling and tapping to turned parts in one setup.

Lead time?

Prototypes about 10 to 15 business days, production about 15 to 30, quote in 48 hours.
