Introducing The Fenva Standard

The Fenva Standard is our structured approach to consistent and reliable manufacturing. Every project follows defined procedures for material control, process planning, inspection, and documentation to ensure repeatability and full traceability from first article to production.


We focus on risk prevention, process stability, and continuous improvement. By analyzing feedback, monitoring performance, and refining our processes, we continuously improve our capabilities to deliver greater accuracy, consistency, and reliability for every order.

In Process Control

Critical dimensions are checked throughout machining to keep the process within tolerance. Regular in-process inspections allow any deviations to be corrected early, ensuring consistent quality and reducing defects. 

Final CMM inspection ensures CNC parts meet drawing tolerances.

Final Inspection

 All parts undergo final dimensional and visual inspection to verify they meet drawing requirements before shipment. Only parts that meet specifications are approved for delivery.
